485 French students attended a Chinese Culinaria 101 recently at our Suzhou Teaching Center. They attended an hour of Hanyu on Chinese Culinaria and watched demo cooking session where some students helped out to cook their favorite Chinese Sweet and Sour Pork. GHCC inserts popular Chinese cuisine in our interactive classes. Students get to make and taste popular Chinese dishes. Among the many interesting cuisines which the teachers will introduce; we want to make sure students master the knowledge and skills of making quitessentially Chinese dishes/food such as Jiaozi, noodle, porridge, soup, pickled vegetablels and toufu based products which we considered to be central to the Chinese kitchen. Also attempts are made to teach various healthy methods of preparaing food.
